FAQ
Find answers to all of your questions here
Where did Labyrinth come from?
From the creators of Alcatraz Escape Games and Airborne Trampoline Arena come Labyrinth Reality Games. The next level in immersive entertainment.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
We offer online ticket sales for your convenience. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend buying online to enjoy the benefit of fast check-in.
Can I enjoy it alone?
We won’t stop you from trying! However, the experiences require multiple players to complete successfully. Plus, it’s way more fun to play in a group!
How long can I play?
We sell 2 hour and all-day passes, but you’ll come back over and over in order to test your skills against our adventures.
Is it an Escape Room?
No! Well sort of. Some experiences will feel like an escape room and some will feel like an American ninja warrior course. You’ll pass or fail quickly, so you won’t be stuck in any room for more than a few minutes at a time. And when you fail, you go back to the beginning.
Is it virtual reality?
Nope, Labyrinth Reality Games is “reality” reality! Although we utilize technology to automate your experience and help you navigate through the Labyrinth, the actual experience is real with real obstacles and real objectives. No headset required!
How much does it cost?
Play for 1 hour for $15, 2 hours for $25, and all day for $35. We also offer Hopper Passes with Airborne Trampoline Park, so you can hop between experiences at your leisure.
What should I wear?
You should wear comfortable, active-wear clothing and closed-toed shoes. No open-toed shoes, dresses or skirts. You are likely going to get a little sweaty!
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all players need to sign the online waiver to play. Anyone under the age of 18 needs to have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
Are the games hard?
It will almost certainly take you multiple attempts to be able to complete an experience! If you fail, take note of what you did so you don’t make the same mistake twice.
How many experiences can we try in a visit?
When you buy a pass you can attempt any of the experiences during your visit. If one is too hard then move to the next one. you will have free reign to try the levels in whichever order your group decides.
